*. ZONE1511 Broadband Phone Service is a Class 2 service operated under the SBO Licence No. 003 issued by the Office of the Telecommunications Authority (OFTA).
1. Free IDD minutes are applicable to Landline & Mobile for China, USA, Canada, Singapore, and Landline only for Taiwan, Australia, UK, France, Germany and Italy for 6 months.
2. Availability of Caller Display Service is dependent on both the telecom provider’s and the caller’s phone.
3 . Rented hardware is the property of ZONE Limited. Upon service termination, the customer must return to ZONE Limited the rented hardware in good condition within the prescribed period, failing which he/she is deemed to have purchased that hardware at the original price.
4 Broadband phone numbers are arranged and owned by ZONE Limited. Users cannot port their phone numbers to other operators.

Important Notes:

• This service shall be used within Hong Kong. If user removes the IP Box to any location other than within Hong Kong and uses this service from there, then the user does so at his or her own sole risk and our service quality cannot be guaranteed.
