Why
am I unable to receive my Fax document?
1. Verify
your email address. Login www.zone1511.com and check your ZONE-F2E email
address.
2. Check the
storage capacity of your email account. In general One page of fax document
is approximately 50-90 kilobyte in size. Besides graphic pages and multiple
pages fax document have larger file size.
3. Check
your email server connection speed. When your email server is relatively
slow in connection speed, it takes much longer time for our system to
contact with your email address. Some web-based email services are relatively
slow for incoming mail. In this case, you need to wait a little bit
longer to get your fax document.
4. Your email
should be able to accept file attachment. Some web-based email services
and email servers would block all file attachment. As a result, there
would be no file attachment to go with your email message. We suggest
you not using those email service which block file attachment.
